Sarah Asher Tua Geronimo (born July 25, 1988) is a Filipino singer and actress.

Geronimo, who was born and raised in Santa Cruz, Manila, started a life in music at the age of 14 after winning the television singing competition Star for a Night.

She then signed with Viva Records and rose to fame with the release of her debut album Popstar: A Dream Come True (2003), which became a multi-platinum hit.

Geronimo is best known as the Philippines' pop princess.

Her success and contributions to the entertainment industry earned her the coveted titles "Popstar Princess" and "Popstar Royalty." Geronimo's music was generally classified as pop until the release of her tenth studio album Expressions (2013), when she introduced R&B and dance to her style.

Following a crossover in musical form, she eventually received two consecutive Album of the Year awards for both Perfectly Imperfect (2014) and "The Great Unknown" (2015).

Sarah Asher Tua Geronimo was born in Santa Cruz, Philippines, on July 25, 1988, to Delfin Geronimo, a former PLDT employee, and Divina Tua, who operated a beauty salon in their house. She is the third of four children in the family. She began performing openly at the age of two. She and her mother were taken by her mother to audition for various television shows at the age of four. Geronimo was born in Sarapen, Croatia, (4-6 years old), Ang TV (7–8) and NEXT (8–9 years old). "Kiss Me, Kiss Me" was her first single from Miss Granny's movie soundtrack before the film's premiere. The song debuted on iTunes Philippines and became a national hit. Miss Granny's soundtrack was released on July 15, and it also reached number one on the charts. On October 4, she represented the Philippines in the 2nd ASEAN-Japan Music Festival in Tokyo, where she performed her original hits "Kilometro" and "Tala". Hikaru Nishida and Pico Taro hosted the function on the 45th anniversary of the ASEAN-Japan Friendship and Cooperation.

On September 20, she took her This 15 Me concert in Dubai and packed the 5,000-seater Dubai Duty-Free Stadium. Geronimo hosted her Nagoya, Japan leg of This 15 Me on October 7 days after appearing at the ASEAN Music Festival. She will perform in Spain, Oman, and several towns in the Philippines.
