Von Erich performed in the Australian tour "Hulkamania: Let the Battle Begin" by Hulk Hogan in November 2009. On November 21, she won a bikini competition that also included Koa Marie Turner, Stephanie Pietz, and Kiara Dillon. She also assisted in the main event between Hogan and Ric Flair on Flair's behalf. She was used as the manager of Flair in other matches on the tour.

Von Erich began working for the all-female wrestling company Wrestlicious, which was created by Jimmy Hart and debuted in March 2010. After being signed with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), she would have had to be released by the company after the tapings of the first season of episodes. She appeared in the Takedown episode on March 17th, where she and Amber Lively defeated Draculetta and White Magic by disqualification. Von Erich appeared on Takedown on April 7 to identify the top two candidates for the Wrestlicious Crown, but Kickstart Katie was eliminated by Kickstart Katie. Rayne and Sky won the vacant TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship, which they defended under Freebird rule in a three-way match on March 8 episode of Impact! Madison Rayne, who was disguised with a motorcycle helmet, lost her TNA Knockouts Championship to Angelina Love by disqualification on July 11. It had been revealed before the game that if either Velvet Sky or Lacey Von Erich interfered, the championship would change hands through disqualification. The Beautiful People imploded on the following episode of Impact!, as Sky announced that she did not agree with Rayne's current attitude, conduct, and apparent affiliation with the mystery lady at the pay-per-view, to which Rayne replied by saying she no longer needed Sky. As Sky and Von Erich ganged up on Love, they walked out on Rayne. The Knockouts Championship was back to Rayne on July 22 when it was announced that there was no evidence that the individual who had interfered in the tournament was either Sky or Von Erich. Rayne persuaded Von Erich to abandon Sky and head to the unknown woman later that night. Von Erich and Sky lost the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship to Hamada and Taylor Wilde on August 5, when Rayne's and the mystery woman's intervention backfired. Sky and Rayne were seen fighting backstage later that night, during which Sky shoved Von Erich, who attempted to make peace between her teammates, inadvertently knocking her unconscious.
