Tim and Darragh, a singer from Manchester, formed Cartel, a pop-R&B group that performed live in Dublin pubs in early 1998. McFadden, a well-known Irish music manager, was invited to attend the audition for the formation of a new band that would later be known as Westlife.

Kerry Katona, a former Atomic Kitten singer, married McFadden in Rathfeigh, Ireland, on January 5th, 2002. They have two children. They divorced in 2006. Brian McFadden Career

Music career

McFadden auditioned for Irish boy band Westlife in June 1998 and was competing against another blonde Nicky Byrne, before she and Kian Egan, Mark Feehily, and Shane Filan joined the group together. Since joining, Brian changed the spelling of his name from Brian to Bryan to make it easier to sign autographs. Westlife became part of McFadden and released their first single, Swear It Again, which was the group's first and only single to chart in the United States in 2000, four Irish No. 4s, as part of the company. The No. 1 in the studio albums and a No. It's one of the best hits albums on record. In addition, seventeen Irish top-five singles, including the hit single "Uptown Girl," which peaked in seven European countries and later in Australia and New Zealand, including the hit single "Uptown Girl." McFadden left the company in March 2004 to spend more time with his family and work on solo projects. He began his career as a writer and resolved to revert the spelling of his first name back to its original, "Brian." He co-wrote the song "If My World Stopped Turning," which was performed by Ireland's entry Chris Doran in the Eurovision Song Contest 2004.

Following his release from Westlife, McFadden joined Sony BMG, the world's largest record label. He debuted his debut solo single "Real to Me" in September 2004, his first solo No. he performed in. In Britain, Ireland, Denmark, and Norway, there is just one single. "Irish Son," his second single and title track, debuted in the top ten on the British and Ireland Singles Charts. McFadden's debut solo album, Irish Son, debuted in November 2004, and it debuted in the top ten on the Irish Albums Chart, which peaked at number ten. Guy Chambers, the singer best known for his fruitful collaboration with Robbie Williams and INXS, co-wrote the majority of the songs on the album. McFadden's second No. 2 went into the third album "Almost Here," an Australian singer Delta Goodrem duet, became McFadden's second No. 2. The first solo artist in Ireland and his first in Australia, he obtained a platinum award there. "Demons," Ireland's fourth and final single, soared to the top 30 on the charts in Ireland and the United Kingdom. McFadden also co-authored the 2006 Commonwealth Games' theme song "Together We Are One" for artists such as Il Divo and Girls Aloud, as well as co-writing the theme song "Together We Are One" for artists such as Il Divo and Girls Aloud. "Everybody's Someone" was McFadden's collaboration with American singer LeAnn Rimes on the record "Everybody's Someone."

Sony BMG maintained that he worked with an A&R man after his last album's poor sales, which only sold 800,000 copies worldwide, when working on McFadden's record label. However, McFadden's A&R man did not want McFadden to work with Guy Chambers, who had previously worked with McFadden on his last album and fought over his songs and musical direction, among other things. His A&R man wanted him to make songs like James Morrison, Paolo Nutini, and the Scissor Sisters, but McFadden insisted that he make songs that are representative of his style. McFadden resigned from Sony BMG in March 2007. Later this year, he formed his own record label under the name of BMF Records and launched his latest single "Like Only a Woman Can" in Ireland and spread the word throughout Ireland. His third Irish No. 1 was "Like Only a Woman Can." 1st as a solo artist. McFadden joined Universal Music Australia in early 2008 and released the single in April 2008, which hit the ARIA top 15. McFadden's second studio album, Set in Stone, came after the initial success of "Looking Only a Woman Can." The album topped out at No. 1 in Australia. The ARIA Albums Chart ranks 5 on the ARIA Albums Chart. Other singles from the album were "Twisted," which debuted within the top 30 on the ARIA Singles Chart and "Everything But You," which failed to chart the ARIA top 50.

McFadden's "Just Say So" (2010), a tribute to American rapper Kevin Rudolf, was released in April. The single debuted at No. 1 on the ARIA Singles Chart, ranked No. 76. 1, and stayed there for three weeks. It spent seven weeks in the ARIA top ten and thirteen weeks in the ARIA top 50 and received a platinum medalization. McFadden's third studio album, Wall of Soundz, was released in Australia on April 23, 2010. The album was supposed to be released as a side-project for American singer Rob Conley, but McFadden and McFadden's third solo album were both released. It debuted at No. 1 in the United States. On the ARIA Albums Chart, 27 artists appear on the ARIA Albums Chart, but only three weeks in the ARIA top 50. In June 2010, "Chemical Rush" was the album's second single and debuted at No. 2nd place. On the charts, there are 12 on the chart. McFadden's third single, "Mistakes," was released in September 2010, a tribute to his then fiancée Delta Goodrem. On Keating's duet album, McFadden performed a duet with Ronan Keating, a version of "To Love Somebody."

McFadden released a new single "Just the Way You Are" on February 25, 2011. Some believed the song was a glorification of date rape, who had to cancel the performance of a new pop video for the song, and pledged that all proceeds from the album be donated to rape victims via Twitter. On the ARIA Singles Chart at number sixty-one on March 8, 2011, and the following week, it peaked at number forty-nine.

McFadden co-written Come Party and That's How Life Goes, a multi-platinum singer, songwriter, and producer Ray Ruffin on Australian radio show The Kyle & Jackie O Show in June 2011. Despite heavy promotion and appearances on television shows such as Dancing With the Stars, the new singles had no influence on the charts at all, which was surprising considering their high-profile appearances on Australia's Got Talent. Any of the reasons can be traced back to the bad press surrounding his latest album, "Just the Way You Are (Drunk at the Bar)," for which he appeared. This, as well as his much-publicized split with Delta Goodrem, appears to have had no effect on his music career.

On January 20, 2012, McFadden's latest single "Wrap My Arms" was released in Australia. The song was used in a Home and Away commercial, and it reached its peak in the ARIA top 100 at 70.

McFadden's fourth studio album, The Irish Connection, on September 13, 2012, features interviews of his favorite Irish songs as well as duets with Ronan Keating and Sinéad O'Connor. Both Sydney and Dublin were recorded on the album. This collection features none of McFadden's previous singles, which have yet to appear in an album form to date.

Ronan Keating revealed on September 18, 2012, that McFadden will be joining him on his 2013 UK Fires Tour.

Boyzlife is a pair made up of Keith Duffy and McFadden, who appeared in the '90s and '00s boybands Boyzone and Westlife.'

Keith Duffy, a Mental Health Activist, joined John Junior, a Mental Health activist, on stage with McFadden in February 2020 to share his mental health journey with their followers. Charlie The Duck, who accompanies him, is a junior traveler who flies around the United Kingdom, encouraging people to speak out about mental health. Duffy is a junior at a University of Florida, and he supports his drive to raise money for mental health.

The pair announced the debut of Old School, the pair's second studio album.

Television and radio career

McFadden, a television presenter, took on the role of co-host of FOX8's Football Superstar in Australia in 2008. In 2009, he reprised his role in the second season. McFadden appeared on Australian Idol as a guest judge in August 2009.

McFadden joined Red Symons in 2010 as one of Australia's Best Talent's latest judges, replacing Tom Burlinson and Dannii Minogue. He served as a judge for three years, but not for the seventh season. Owen Campbell was dismissed by McFadden after a small argument that it appeared that McFadden did not know the outlaw style of the contestant and persona he was portraying, which may have played a part in his ratings decrease, which resulted in him leaving the show.

McFadden co-founded singer Ricki-Lee Coulter and former Big Brother host Mike Goldman in late 2008 to host the Summer Breakfast Show on 2Day FM. McFadden returned to radio in September 2009 by co-hosting on the breakfast show on 2dayFM with Jackie O and Andrew G, replacing host Kyle Sandilands for a short period of time.

www.dailymail.co.uk, May 1, 2024
Shane Lynch and Keith Duffy of Boyzone and Brian McFadden of Westlife make up the latest cohort of stars who have chosen to invest in a UK football team - signing on the dotted line to buy Chorley FC in Lancashire in March. The Irish trio intend to attract new sponsorship and build the sixth-tier National League North side into a full-time professional outfit - echoing Welsh side Wrexham AFC after it was bought by Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney .
