Career

Boz's first single "Aşk Bulamam Ben," which he performed with Nil Karaibrahimgil once more, wasn't until July 2006. Süleyman Yüksel produced this single's music video for this single. In October 2006, it was announced that the singer had completed his first studio album. Maximum, Stardium's debut album in early 2007, was a huge success, propelling him ever further in Turkey's music scene. Several artists, including Tarkan, Ümit Sayn, Ozan olakolu, and Mustafa Ceceli, were among the album's performers. Boz' single "Maximum" earned him his first number one single on the Billboard Turkey chart, while the third single "Püf" was ranked as the third most suitable song to represent Turkey at the Eurovision Song Contest by OGAE. In 2007, Boz received the "Best New Artist" award at three separate award shows: the Golden Butterfly Awards, Istanbul FM Golden Awards, and Kral TV Video Music Awards.

Dokuz Sekiz Müzik announced Boz's extended play, Uçurum, in July 2008. On the Turkish Billboard chart, a single with the same name, written by Soner Sarkabaday, soared to the fifth position.

Boz talked to him in the summer of 2008 about his plans to release his second studio album. Dokuz Sekiz Müzik's second studio album, ANS, was released in February 2009. It sold 17,000 copies and later received an award from stanbul FM as the "Best Album by a Male Artist." The single "Para Yok," which was announced with a music video ahead of the album's debut date, ranked 5th on the Turkish Billboard chart. Following "Para Yok," "Her Yi Yak," "Sallana Sallana," "Gümbür", "Gümbür San," "Sallana Sallana," "Sallana Sallana", "Gümbür," "Gümbür," "Sallana Sallana," "Sallana Sallana," "Gümbür"), "Ke Medeni nsan," Both "zledim" and "Sallana Sallana" reached their fifth position on the Turkish Billboard chart, while "Sallana Sallana" reached their fifth position. A new version of "ki Medeni nsan" was released on digital platforms, but it was later released on digital media. The album was nominated for 17th Kral Music Awards in the "Best Duet" segment, but it was disqualified for "Eksik" by Mustafa Ceceli and Elvan Günaydn's album.

Boz released "Hayat Sana Güzel," written and performed by Soner Sarkiday in April 2010. The single was used as a promotional song for a campaign with the same name as a search for a new singer. At the 2011 Kral Music Awards, one of the remixed versions of the song had been selected as the "Best Remixed Song," but it didn't win.

In the summer of 2010, Boz' third studio album will be released. He returned to London to make preparations for the album at the end of the year. On digital platforms in April 2011, a single with the same name as the album was released. Burak Ertaş's music video was accompanied by it. In May 2011, his third studio album Aşklar Bunden was released. Dokuz Sekiz Müzik sold it. The album was released in 35,000 copies and was nominated for the Most Special Album and the Best Album awards by Kadir Has University and Siyaset Dergisi respectively, of which it received the first one. The songs "Hayat pücü" ("Geri Dönüş Olsa"), "Kalamam Arkada"), and "Soyadmsn" have become hit songs, with separate music videos made for each of them. "Geri Dönüş Olsa" and "Kalamam Arkada" reached the Turkish charts, out of ten songs. He also received the "Best Turkish Pop Music Male Soloist" award at the Golden Butterfly Awards, and also received the "Best Male Artist" award at the Kral Music Awards, as well as the "Best Male Artist" award.

Murat Boz's first remix album, Dance Mix, was released in August 2012. Along with the remix of "Yazmak Olmaz," a single from Ozan Doulu's 2011 album 130 Bpm Allegro, Boz's second and third albums, eight remixes from Boz's second and third albums were included on the album. Boz divorced Eliz Sakuçlu in Hazro, Diyarbakr, whom he had married in Passau, Germany, on the same day as the album's debut. Two music videos were posted for "Zledim" and "Geri Dönüş Olsa" and "Geri Dönüş Olsa" and Boz' remixes, and Boz received an award in the category of "Best Remix" at the Turkish Music Awards. Ouz Berkay Fidan's first single "Olmuyor," starring Murat Boz, was a huge success in Turkey in February 2013. He performed "Vazgeçmem," his new song, also at the Turkish Music Awards, for the first time. Nihat Odabaş directed "Vazgeçmem"'s music video. "Vazgeçmem" was released as a Digital Single on iTunes and other digital music websites in April 2013. The song debuted on radio and at first at Turkish Digital Sales, peaking at 3 on the Turkish Airplay on radio and first at Turkish Digital Sales. Boz revealed in July 2013 that he was working on his new album. Boz appeared in the single "momentas" by Gülşen in April 2014.

Kardeşim Benim was first introduced in Turkish cinemas in January 2016. It was Boz' second acting experience, and he appeared in Burak zçivit and Asl Enver. Doan Music Company's fourth studio album Janti was released in April 2016. On the charts, a song with the same name as the album became Turkey's number one hit, while another named "Adn Bilen Yazsn" reached number two. He appeared in Dönerse Senindir, alongside Rem Sak and Yasemin Allen, in the months after. It was launched in December 2016.

Boz got close to his family, Aslenver, with whom he began a dating relationship in 2016. In May 2017, the couple split up. They ended their relationship in April 2018. They announced their reconciliation in November 2018 after eight months of separation. They did break up again in October 2019 but not before that.

Boz declared in January 2017 that he would vote "yes" on the Turkish constitutional referendum. Boz was one of the artists on Ozan Dolu's album 130 BPM Forte's album "Hey" later this year. In February 2018, a music video for this song was later posted. Boz was the face of Corcor's 2018 commercials in Turkey, and the company's annual song, "Geç Olmadan," was released in May 2018.

Boz appeared in the comedy romantic film ldür Beni Sevgilim, opposite Seda Bakan in 2019. The film, which was released on March 1, 2019, was not commercially successful and grossed 9.7 million, making it the tenth most watched movie of 2019 in Turkey as of June 2019. In February 2019, the main song from the movie's soundtrack was released as a music video. DMC's sixth single, "Aşk Buz," was released in July 2019. The song, which was written by Fikri Karayel and arranged by Ozan olakolu, was released in conjunction with a music video that was shot in ile.' In his review, Mayk işman of Milliyet characterized the single as "one of the year's best shows, especially with its post-chorus melody."

DMC unveiled Boz's new single "Can Kenarm" on February 14, 2020. Bilal Sonses wrote the song's lyrics, but Mustafa Ceceli was the song's arranger. Its music video was produced by Gülşen Aybaba.
