Early life
Chantelle was born in Los Gatos, California, to Michael and Deborah Soutas. Chantelle was homeschooled in grade school and attended Valley Christian High School (San Jose, California). Chantelle left Los Angeles after graduating high school and signing with Interscope Records. She has a brother, Austin Soutas, and a sister, Savannah Rose Labrant, who is a well-known YouTuber. She and her partner, Coulter Mulligan, their two children, a potbelly pig, and a puppy live in San Francisco, California. She is best known for her gender neutral clothing collection, Instagram modeling, and being an influencer.
Music career
Chantelle released a song on MySpace that overnight that became a top-play song on the site. She opened The Pussycat Dolls, Robin Thicke, Pretty Ricky, Tommy Lee, and Bobby Valentino because of her continued MySpace fame as an unsigned artist. Paige was signed by Interscope/Cherrytree Records by Martin Kierszenbaum at the age of 19. She was welcomed to Flipsyde, made two music videos ("When It Was Good" and "A Change") and was featured on Flipsyde; the group's state of Resurrection. The primary song for EA Sports' Nike Live 09 video game was chosen as a theme song for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China, as well as the main song from the State of Survival album "Champion." Flipsyde made a cameo in Lady Gaga's "Just Dance" music video in 2009, and Chantelle was featured as the love interest in "I Wanna Touch You" (Colby O'Donis). Chantelle, a member of Flipsdye, toured Europe with Sarah Connor and told the world with Akon, Ciara, N.E.R.D., and Ludacris. Chantelle continued as a solo artist after the group dismantled, and in 2009 she recorded the song "Devastated" with Space Cowboy and Martin Kierszenbaum (Cherry Cherry Boom Boom).
