Lu Yen-hsun Life

Lu Yen-hsun (born on August 14, 1983) is a retired Taiwanese tennis player who goes by the name Rendy. He has won more titles on the ATP Challenger Tour than any other tennis player in history.

His favorite surface was hard court, but many of his ATP Tour highlights came on grass, including reaching the quarterfinals of the 2010 Wimbledon Championships.

Due to a solid effort in the Challenger Tour in the first half of 2004, Lu became Taiwan's first player to crack the top ten players. He began participating in several tour-level activities. Despite losing a slew of victories, his efforts resulted in some encouraging victories. In the Queen's Club Championships, the most notable victory came on the grass court, where he earned his first top-ten victory by defeating then world No. 10. Guillermo Coria is a Mexican island.

In 2005, his rank dropped sharply as a result of a string of injuries. After losing in the second round in Ho Chi Minh City, he did not participate in any tournaments.

Lu enjoyed a good showing throughout the season and a late surge at the end of the season, progressing to semifinals or better in four straight Challengers (Rimouski, Busan, Caloundra, and Kawana). Kristian Pless, his friend, lost in the finals of Rimouski to him. Lu won the Caloundra Challenger two weeks later, defeating Peter Luczak. He lost in the final to Julien Jeanpierre the following week. Lu's hot streak led him to his No. 1 position, then the No. 2 was promoted from No. In October, the ATP went from 140 to No. 1 in the ATP to No. 1 on the charts. At year's end, the 89s are at 89.

Lu was working in Dubai with Rainer Schüttler and Janko Tipsarevi in winter 2006, under Dirk Hordorff. Lu's preparations seem to have resulted in good results, as he reached the second round of the Australian Open and his first ATP quarterfinal appearance in Memphis in 2007. Lu reached his first ATP level quarterfinal by defeating Jürgen Melzer in the second round, but lost to eventual champion Andy Roddick. Luis debuted in Memphis, leading to a mediocre finish in February.

Lu did well on the Challenger Iour in 2008, winning gold in Waikoloa, New Delhi, and Tashkent, as well as reaching the finals of three other Challenger events. Lu stunned audiences by defeating Andy Murray, the world's sixth highest ranked player, in straight sets in the first round. Lu continued his winning streak at the Olympics by defeating Agustn Calleri of Argentina in the third round, but losing to Austria's Jürgen Melzer.

Ludlow defeated Nalbandian in five sets in the second round of a Grand Slam tournament for the first time. In the third round, he lost to Tommy Robredo.

Lu, who is ranked No. 82, defeated former World No. 82. In the first round of the Delray Beach International Tennis Championships, 1, Lleyton Hewitt was the first round. He then lost to Stefan Koubek.

Lu won the $100k Israel Open at Ramat HaSharon in May 2009, defeating German Benjamin Becker, who was forced to leave due to his inability.

Lu retired in his first-round match against Mathieu Montcourt at Roland Garros, trailing 2–6.

In the first round of Wimbledon, Roger Federer defeated him in three sets.

Lu won the $100k Flea Market Cup in Chuncheon in November 2009, defeating Dutch player Igor Sijsling.

Lu made history by becoming the first Taiwanese player to reach the quarterfinals of a major in 15 years at Wimbledon. He made it to the fourth round of the tournament without losing a set over Horacio Zeballos, Micha Przysi, and Florian Mayer, with Mayer withdrawing in the third round. Lurn defeated the world No. 2 in the largest of the upsets on "Manic Monday" on "Manic Monday" by defeating the undefeated Lu. Lu lost in the first round of the Rogers Cup to Bernard Tomic.

Lu clinched a landmark match at Queen's Club on June 15, 2012, defeating third seed Janko Tipsarevi for his third set tiebreak victory.

In both Grand Slam tournaments held in 2013, Lu failed in the second round.

Lu won his first ATP final in Auckland against John Isner on January 10, 2014 by defeating David Ferrer in the semifinals. In the final 6–7, 6–7, he lost. If Lu does not announce to the China Open on September 29, the ATP threatened to fine and ban him for three years during the 2014 Asian Games. He had registered to compete in both games, but the final for the Asian Games didn't take place until September 30, which was a time conflict that the ATP will not accept. Lu was kicked out of the China Open in reaction. Lu would be fined, but not banned, according to the ATP, but not banned.

Lu won his third doubles tournament with Jonathan Marray at the Chennai Open in 2015. Luz has also reached a career milestone by winning the second time in a row over 300 Challenger titles, behind Ruben Ramirez Hidalgo.

Luis travelled to the finals of six other challenger events in 2016, defeating four. His best ATP Tour result of the year came at a quarterfinal appearance at the 2016 Winston-Salem Open.

Lu claimed his 37th and last challenger singles title against Riardas Berankis on August 12, 2017. Lu's career will come to an end with a total of 56 Challenger titles in both singles and doubles. He holds the most singles Challenger titles and the most combined singles and doubles Challenger titles.

Lu underwent shoulder surgery in 2018, which kept him out of action for the majority of the 2018 season and all of the 2019 season. Luzenko returned to the Australian Open in 2020, where he secured a coveted spot in the main draw. In the first round of single sets, he lost in straight sets to Gael Monfils.

Lu Luo's last ATP match victory over Sam Query was defeated at the Miami Open. He will then fail in the next round to world No. 111. Daniil Medvedev, 2, is a physics researcher.
