Lauren Brant (born 24 February 1989) is a South African-Australian television presenter and actress.

Brant is a former member of Hi-Fire, the Australian children's musical group.

Early life

Brant was born in South Africa and moved with her family to Australia's Gold Coast soon after birth. She began singing, dancing, acting, and modeling at the age of three.

Personal life

Brant has an interest in fitness.

Brant returned to Sydney in 2014 after six years as part of her Hi-5 role.

Brant was reportedly having an affair with ex-NRL player Beau Ryan while assisting with the stage production of Aladdin and His Wondrous Lamp in July, according to Woman's Day in September 2015. Warren Riley, her then fiancé, had discovered a text message exchange between the two families.

While filming I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! Brant met former Australian rules footballer Barry Hall. In 2015, South Africa hosted the Nobel Peace Prize. In November 2016, the two confirmed that they were dating. Brant and her partner Hall announced the birth of their baby boy, Miller Hall, in May 2017. The two people got married on February 17, 2021 (a week before Brant's birthday). Both boys have since had two more children: Houston (born May 2019) and Samson (born October 2021).

Brant began her career as an actress with various roles in Australian television. Brant appeared on H2O: Just Add Water in 2007. On The Strip, Mortified, The Starter Wife, and Are We There Yet? She appeared on The Strip, Mortified, Are We There Yet? In 2007, she appeared in numerous theatre productions and the traveling Humphrey Bear exhibition.

Brant, as well as Fely Irvine and Tim Maddren, joined Stevie Nicholson and Casey Burgess in 2009 as the group's "second generation." Brant was with Hi-5 for five and a half years before her final performances with the company in July 2014 on an Australian tour in which the cast wore costumes she created under her new fashion brand, Loliboli. Tanika Anderson was her replacement. Brant said she had "the most amazing ride" on earth.

Brant appeared on The Australian reality show I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! In January 2015, there was a shortage of people in the United States. In February, she was dropped from the competition, becoming the fourth contestant to be barred from the competition. Brant became known for "speaking her mind" and discussed the ferocity of the fight after elimination.

Brant was announced in March 2015 as part of Bonnie Lythgoe's pantomime performance of Aladdin and His Wondrous Lamp, as the princess Yasmina. In July, the stage performance in Sydney ran during July.
