Angad Bedi Life

Angad Singh Bedi (born 6 February 1983) is an Indian film actor and model.

He made his Hindi film debut with F.A.L.T.U. in 2011. When Big Tree Falls, An N. S. Madhavan short story, Angad was arrested in 2012 and was released on bail after arriving at a rave party in Suburban Juhu Hotel. On Star One, Angad has appeared in a cooking competition called Cook Na Kaho.

Pravesh Rana replaced him on the first season of the reality television series Emotional Atyachar on UTV Bindass before being replaced by Pravesh Rana.

Khatron Ke Khiladi appeared on Colors' show Fear Factor.

Angad is currently working on The Little Godfather, directed by Joy Augustine.

He is also starring in Soorma, the Indian hockey player Sandeep Singh's biopic of the Indian field hockey player Bikramjit Singh.

Angad is best known for his appearances in films including Ungli (2014) and PINK (2016).

He appeared in the Amazon original series Inside Edge as the lead in 2017.

Early life

Bedi was born to former Indian cricket captain Bishan Singh Bedi. Angad Bedi has one elder sister, Neha, and two older half-siblings from Bishan's marriage – a half-sister named Gillinder and a half-brother named Gavasinder. He competed for Delhi at Under-19 level. He attended Gyan Bharati School in Saket, New Delhi, and graduated from St. Stephen's College, Delhi. He began a modeling career and then moved to acting.

Personal life

Bedi was arrested in 2012 for reportedly consuming opioids at a rave party at a Suburban Juhu Hotel. He tested positive and was later released on bail along with 85 others for the consumption of cannabis and ecstasy.

Angad Bedi began dating Neha Dhupia and the pair proposed to marry in a private ceremony at a Gurudwara on May 10, 2018. The couple have a daughter born on 18 November 2018 and a son born on October 3rd 2021.

Career

Bedi began his career with the film Kaya Taran, directed by Sashi Kumar in 2004. The film was shot against the backdrop of the 2002 Gujarat riots and 1984 anti-Sikh riots. The film was nominated for the Aravindan Puraskaram, given to the best maiden film-maker in 2004, and Bedi's role in it was lauded.

In 2005, he appeared on Star One as a host on a cooking show called Cook Na Kaho. In 2010, he hosted Extraaa Innings T20, a show that was telecasted in between the match sessions during the Indian Premier League (IPL) with Ayushmann Khurrana. Khatron Ke Khiladi, a contestant on Season 3 of Colors, appeared as a contestant. Pravesh Rana replaced him on the first season of the reality television show Emotional Atyachar on UTV Bindass before being replaced by Pravesh Rana.

With the film F.A.L.T.U, directed by Remo D'Souza, he returned to Bollywood in 2011. Angad is best known for his appearances in films such as Ungli (2014) and PINK (2016). Salman Khan appeared in Tiger Zinda Hai as a leader.

In 2017, he appeared as the lead in Amazon's original series Inside Edge.

He was also a part of Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, the autobiography of her brother, as well as the film Soorma, which featured Sandeep Singh, the Indian Hockey Team's former captain, where he played the role of his brother. The actor appears on "The Zoya Factor."
