Sumeet Vyas Life

Sumeet Vyas, an Indian actor and writer who has worked extensively in theatre productions and web series, has appeared in quite a few films and TV series supporting roles. Despite having appeared in over ten films and 5 TV series by 2014, he only came to prominence in the form of the TVF's (The Viral Fever Productions) romantic comedy web series Permanent Roommates later this year. With the youth and Sumeet's witty portrayal of the goofy-yet-adorable protagonist Mikesh Chaudhary, the series became a hit, and Sumeet's eccentric portrayal of him made him a cult icon. He is also known for his roles in films such as English Vinglish (2012), Parched (2015), Ribbon (2017), and Veere Di Wedding (2018); as well as TV series Rehna Hai Teri Palkon Mein (2009-2010) and Chandragupta Maurya (2011-2012). He has appeared in well-known web series including TVF Tripling (2016, 2019), Official Chukyagiri (2018), RejctX (2019), and The Verdict – State vs. Nanavati (2019). As a writer, he has co-written scripts for both the seasons of TVF Tripling and the script for the 2015 web series Bang Baaja Baaraat, which was produced by Y-Films, a division of the renowned Indian production company Yash Raj Films (YRF).
