Personal life
Annabelle Rama, the only daughter of actor Eddie Gutierrez and talent manager, is her only daughter. Tonton Gutierrez and Ramon Christopher, her father's two half-brothers, are from her father's previous marriages. Elvis Gutierrez, Rocky Gutierrez, Ritchie Manuel Gutierrez, and Richard Gutierrez are among her five siblings.
She married Yilmaz Bektas, a Turkish businessman, in 2003. Lorin Gabriella and Venezia Loran were the two children. On May 8, 2007, the two celebrities announced their separation in a joint statement.
Career
Gutierrez started acting as a child in the 1980s under BMG Films. In the early 1990s, she appeared in That's Entertainment, before becoming a beauty queen in 1993. Gutierrez replaced Snooky Serna for the lead role in Regal Film's Wunder Wuman Plus One in December 1990, teamed with comedian Rene Requiestas. However, the scheme did not come to fruition, with Gutierrez and Requiestas instead paired in the 1993 film Hulihin: Probinsyanong Mandurukot.
Gutierrez finished second runner-up to winner Lisa Hanna of Jamaica as the official representative of her country at the 1993 Miss World pageant held in Sun City, South Africa.
