On September 20, 2020, an anonymous individual who attended middle school with Park wrote a blog accusing him of school violence, specifically towards students with special needs. On September 29, Park released an apology on social media.

Following the bullying scandal, the JTBC's Knowing Bros production team revealed that they did not want to air the October 10 episode with Park Kyung. A video of an executive from one of the artists Park companies being accused of chart manipulation revealed on October 15, claiming he was accountable for discovering and reporting the bullying allegations.

Career

Park Kyung began his rapping career by promoting underground alongside Zico. He used the word Holke, which means Horse-K. Park Kyung. Park Kyung's first appearance in 2009 as duo with Zico in the digital single "The Letter."

Park Kyung would appear on the television variety show Problematic Men as a regular cast member starting on September 6.

On September 9, 2015, a teaser image for Park Kyung's solo debut was published. "Park Kyung wrote and performed his solo album with a certain amount of love," his company Seven Seasons said. "This will be a chance for him to grow as an artist." On September 21, 2015, Korean/American jazz hip-hop producer Kero One produced "Ordinary Love" alongside Park Kyung featuring Park Boram. The single dominated multiple Korean real-time charts the day of its unveiling and then debuted at No.1 on Melon and No.3 on the Gaon Weekly Digital Chart, as well as no.3 in the Gaon Weekly Digital Chart.

A teaser video for Park Kyung's forthcoming single "Inferiority Complex" was posted at midnight KST on May 18, 2016, with the full video and the song being released seven days later.

Park Kyung unveiled the music video for his single "Inferiority Complex" at midnight KST on May 25. Park Kyung would debut "Ogeul Ogeul" four days later on December 15, it was revealed. In 2013, Ogeul Ogeul" was first released as a mixtape song; Kero One's backing track is included. The title is a reversal of the Korean word, which refers to the gruesome sensation experienced when one is watching something cheesy.

Park Kyung would debut Notebook, his first mini-album, on January 8. The album contained five songs, three of which had never been released as singles before.

Park Kyung wrote the song "Yesterday," which was released by Block B on February 6, 2017 as a digital single "Yesterday." The album debuted with a "all kill" on the Korean real-time music charts, top six spots.

Park Kyung released a tweet on November 24, 2019, accusing six acts of "sajaegi," or chart manipulation, in which an artist buys or streams their own music in bulk in order to land atop the music charts. The artists all denied manipulating the charts and announced their intention to bring court action against Park Kyung for defamation. Many business insiders have publicly stated that the sajaegi was increasingly impacting Korea's digital charts.

Park Kyung held a solo fan gathering in Seoul on December 7 and 8.

Park Kyung's tweet accusing other artists of chart manipulation was fined $4,000 for defamation in September 2020.

Park Kyung will begin the military service that South Korean men need on October 19, the previous year and a half. Because of the court suits against him, his service had been postponed.

Park Kyung, who had been supposed to be discharged that month, had to change from military service to public service, delaying his discharge in April 2022.
