Personal life
Schneider grew up in Woodstock, New York. He was born Jewish. His father comes from a Jewish family and his mother converted to Judaism. On April 1, 2016, Max married Emily Cannon and welcomed their baby, Edie Celine, in December 2020.
Career
Schneider was born in Woodstock, New York. He started playing at the age of three and became his first agent at the age of 14. Schneider was a swing understudy in the Broadway musical 13 performing 4 parts in 2008 and 2009, and he modeled with Madonna for an international Dolce & Gabbana campaign. He was the 2010 YoungArts Theatre Winner and he appeared in his first extended play (EP) First Encounters this year.
Schneider co-wrote the Disney film "How To Do" with Ben Charles in 2012. In the Nickelodeon television series How to Rock, he portrayed Zander and co-wrote a song for the show "Last 1 Standing" with Matt Wong and Claire Demorest, which he also contributed to the show. The song was included in two episodes of the series. In addition, Schneider appeared in the lead role as Charlie Prince in the Nickelodeon original film Rags. MAX had signed with DCD2 Records and would debut new music under the brand on February 19, 2015. He toured with Falls Out Boy, Wiz Khalifa, and Allen on the Boys of Zummer Tour throughout June. On Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the Today Show, and Live with Kelly and Ryan, MAX performed the single. "Missed Calls" with Hayley Kiyoko was released in 2020 and appeared on the Korean artist Agust D-2, the solo moniker of Suga from the South Korean company BTS.
