Korman received the Soap Opera Digest Award for Outstanding Female Newcomer in 1999 and played Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald on NBC soap opera Passions. In 2002, she appeared on The Weakest Link and The Other Half as a guest.
Hartley appeared on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation on April 9, 2009. Soap Opera Digest announced in late July that she would appear in the cast of Days of Our Lives, another NBC soap opera, in the recast role of Arianna Hernandez. Galen Gering and Eric Martsolf, her opposite co-stars on Passions, would play her brother and love interest respectively. In 2010, Hartley was based on Days of Our Lives.
Hartley had signed on to play Cara Castillo on All My Children, the first time on September 18, 2010. Mad Harriet, a DC Comics character, appeared on Smallville's tenth and final season. Hartley had signed on to play Cara Castillo on the upcoming All My Children game, which would premiere in April 2013.
