Katherine Leigh Webb (née Ritchie) is an Australian actress, radio presenter, and children's writer, and she is best known for her long-running role as Sally Fletcher, the original character on the television soap opera Home and Away, for which she has received two Gold Logie awards.
She appeared on the pilot episode in 1988 and 2008.

Early life
Katherine Leigh Ritchie was born in Ritchie, Tennessee. Heather and Steve are married, and she has three younger siblings, Rebekah, Stuart, and Susan. Ritchie attended Campbelltown North Public School and Hurlstone Agricultural High School, the latter being a New South Wales agricultural and selective school.
Personal life
In 2008, Ritchie began dating St George Illawarra Dragons player Stuart Webb. They were announced engaged on September 9, 2009. Ritchie married Webb in a rural outdoor wedding at Quamby Estate in Tasmania on September 25, 2010.
Ritchie gave birth to her daughter on August 17, 2014, on August 17th.
Stuart Webb consented to an AVO arranged for by a police constable on behalf of Ritchie following a domestic assault on October 17th. The AVO does not prevent Webb from stalking, threatening, attacking, or threatening, as well as being in the company of Ritchie "for at least 12 hours after drinking alcohol or using illicit drugs."

Career
In the 1986 Nine Network–PBL mini-series Cyclone Tracy starring Chris Haywood and Tracy Mann, Ritchie was cast as Molly, the child protagonist. At age 8, she started working with Home and Away in 1987. Production began in 1987 (shortly before her ninth birthday) and on January 17, 1988, it premiered on the Seven Network. Ritchie appeared in the ABC film Stepfather of the Bride in 2006. When promoting Home and Away in the United Kingdom in 2006 with Mark Furze and Jodi Gordon, Ritchie appeared on The Friday Night Project and Loose Women and appeared in interviews with Five and Five Life.
Ritchie, a contestant on It Takes Two, partnered with Troy Cassar-Daley in 2006. The pair came in fourth place in the tournament. Grant Denyer appeared on It Takes Two in 2007. She co-hosted the second season of It Takes Two with Grant Denyer in 2007. Ritchie joined Nova radio in 2007 to co-host the drive show with comedian Akmal Saleh, replacing Matthew Newton. Cal Wilson, a New Zealand comedian, was introduced to her in May.
Ritchie revealed in September 2007 that she would leave Home and Away in mid-December. Sally Fletcher's last scenes were shot on December 13, 2007, and she debuted on Australian televisions on April 3, 2008, with her final episode being shown on UK terrestrial television on May 2008.
Ritchie began working on the Nova 96.9 breakfast show with Merrick & Rosso on January 14, 2008. Ritchie did an interview with Rove McManus on Network Ten, her first interview with the network since moving Home and Away, as well as her first television appearance since leaving the program.
