Personal life
Campana is the son of former professional tennis player and politician Pablo Campana, who represented Ecuador at the 1996 Olympic Games and now Minister for Commerce in the Ecuadorean government. Gabriel, his great-grandfather, earned six Ecuadorian league medals in the 1920s, and his grandfather, Isidro Romero, was the president of Barcelona Sporting Club for 15 years, and the team's stadium in Guayaquil, where Campana used to play, is named after him. Campana is also a United States citizen.
Club career
In 2016, he began his career with Barcelona, SC. On April 21, 2019, he scored his first career goal against Delfn de Manta.
He joined Wolverham Wanderers in England's Premier League on January 21, 2020, bringing a three-and-a-half years to the club.
He joined Famalic's Primeira Liga team on a season-long loan on September 19th.
