The season 14 premiere titled Birthday Bombshell featured Teresa and Rachel squaring off at a surprise birthday bash for Jennifer Fessler.  'Your husband went for my husband, trying to ruin his reputation,' Teresa, 51, said to Rahcel.

The referee squat, then watched 16-year-old Gino being pinched in a squat video obtained by TMZ, and made a call.
