She portrayed Lydia DeLucca in the television series That's Life in 2000, and starred on the reality television series The Real Housewives of Orange County from 2012 to 2016.

In 1999, Dubrow married plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow. They reside in Orange County, California and have four children: twins Nicholas and Maximillia, and daughters Katarina and Collette. In March 2022, Dubrow got matching finger tattoos with her two oldest children, twins Max and Nick.
Career
Dubrow was born in the Bronx and grew up in Chappaqua, New York. She is a fifth-generation American of Jewish descent (from Germany, Hungary, and Poland). She earned a BFA, a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Syracuse University in 1990.
In Season 7, Heather joined The Real Housewives of Orange County and left the show after season 11. In 2021, Dubrow returned to the cast for its 16th season and is currently filming season 17.
