Stephen Fishbach Life

Stephen Andrew Fishbach (born January 24, 1979) is an American digital strategist, blogger, and former reality television show participant, best known for competing on the reality television show Survivor.

Fishbach finished as the runner-up on Survivor: Tocantins and in ninth place on Survivor: Cambodia.

He currently works for People Magazine and co-hosts the Survivor Know-It-Alls with Rob Cesternino.

Personal life

Fishbach was born in 1979 to parents Constance and Ronald Fishbach. He grew up in Los Angeles, where he graduated with a 4.25 GPA from Harvard-Westlake School as the valedictorian. He obtained his B.A. in English from Yale University in 2001.

Julia Lemle married Fishbach in Washington on September 9, 2018. On the social networking website OkCupid.com, the pair first met in 2014. In 2020, they welcomed a daughter.

Career

During the airing of Survivor: Samoa, Fishbach began blogging for People Magazine in 2009. He reviews each episode of Survivor and explores the contestants' tactics and movements as well as the awarding of the Fishy Award to the player with the highest impact of the episode. During the airing of Survivor: Island of the Idols, Fishbach decided not to take a break from People in 2019.

Fishbach co-hosting the Survivor Know-It-Alls podcast with Rob Cesternino in 2012. Fishbach and Cesternino had been invited to compete in The Amazing Race 31 jointly, but they were unable to do so due to Fishbach's wedding.
