Career
Gershon attended the Square Professional Theatre School in New York, first with David Mamet and later with Harold Guskin and Sandra Seacat, who have described her presence in interviews as "a great influence." She appeared in stage productions of Camille and The Substance of Fire, her first professional appearance.
