Campbell appeared in Tillamook Treasure (2006), in which she plays Kathryn Kimbell, the story's lead character. She has appeared on television shows including Still Standing, Martial Law, Herman's Head, Ally McBeal, Malcolm in the Middle, Seinfeld ("The Frogger"), Friends, House, The Pretender, and Dexter.

Some of her first appearances included appearances on Ryan's Hope (in which she appeared as Ryan granddaughter Maura "Katie" Thompson) and Santa Barbara (where she appeared in Courtney Capwell) and Livin' Large, two of Ryan's Hope (in which she appeared as Courtney Capwell).
