Acting career
Danna Paola's acting career began in 1999 when she and her sister were invited to Televisa's casting call in Mexico City for Plaza Sésamo, the Mexican equivalent of Sesame Street. Both were later cast on the show and appeared in many episodes.
She was chosen to lead Amy, la nia de la mochila azul's hit children's series in 2004. Océano, her second studio album, was released shortly.
