Cassadee Blake Pope (born August 28, 1989) is an American singer, songwriter, and singer.

Life and career
Pope formed the band Blake with good friend Mike Gentile when attending Wellington High School in Wellington, Florida. The venture was scrapped before being signed, but her and Gentile, Michael "Jersey" Moriarty, and Elliot James formed the pop punk band Hey Monday. In October 2008, Hey Monday unveiled their first studio album, Hold On Tight. Pope wrote two songs and co-wrote the remaining nine songs. She appeared in "America's Suitehearts" from Fall Out Boy's video for "America's Suitehearts," their 2008 album Folie à Deux. She also appeared in the Cab's remix version of their song "Take My Hand" that debuted on Fall Out Boy's mixtape, Welcome to the New Administration, and appeared on the bandwagon's mixtape. At the end of 2009, James left the band. It's first EP Beneath It All was supposed to be released in August 2010; to market the album, the band toured the United States and appeared on the 2010 Warped Tour. On December 6, 2011, the Christmas EP was announced, and later that month Hey Monday took an indefinite hiatus on good terms.
Pope began her first solo acoustic tour through the United States' east and west coasts in January and February 2012. On May 22, 2012, she released her debut self-titled EP (self-labeled), which featured four songs written by Pope. She auditioned for season 3 of The Voice during the summer and had all four coaches offer her a spot on their teams; she ultimately selected country singer Blake Shelton. Pope said "Over You," co-written by mentor Shelton, in the third live round. The song debuted on iTunes as number one, knocking Psy's "Gangnam Style" down to number two, knocking Psy's "Gangnam Style" down to number one. She was the only female contestant to progress to the Top 4 round, where she performed "Stupid Boy" by country singer-songwriter Sarah Buxton, which also ranked number one on iTunes. She qualified to The Voice finals in December after winning the title on the live finale results day. The Voice, an album compiling her appearances on The Voice: The Complete Season 3 Collection reached No. 1: Thousands of copies of the Heatseekers have been sold, with 10,000 more on the following week. Her self-titled EP also re-entered the charts at No. 1. 42, which has sold 1,000 copies.
Pope signed with country music company Republic Nashville in January 2013, and her lead single, "Wasting All The Tears," was released on May 31, 2013. It debuted at number 37 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 7 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, with number 37 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart at number 37. In the first week of being released, it sold 125,000 copies. Frame by Frame, a frame collection, was released in October 2013. Pope Tim McGraw and Dierks Bentley spent the bulk of 2014 touring with country artists Tim McGraw and Dierks Bentley. She also appeared on the Nashville Outlaws: A Tribute to Mötley Crüe's album, where she wrote About The Animal In Me.
"I Am Invincible" Pope's lead single from her forthcoming second studio album, "I Am Invincible," was released. "Think of You" was Pope's duet with Chris Young for his 2015 album "I'm Comin' Over."
