Mr Gallo's teaching licence was suspended for 3.5 years for "serious misconduct" that included emails asking Malcolm for topless photos, a dinner date, and Skype demands. Ms Malcolm's identity remained anonymous until she outed herself in a personal Instagram post last Saturday. She said she felt a'responsibility to be completely transparent' about her personal experiences, which was inspired by sexual assault survivor Grace Tame (right).

Aurelio 'Bobby' Gallo, 53, (inset), was a high school music tutor at Perth's prestigious all-girls Methodist Ladies' College. Bridget Malcolm (left and right) was sent emails, texts, and phone calls from the instructor between 2007 and 2008, including a request for topless photographs. Gallo's licence was suspended for 3.5 years after being found to have committed "significant misconduct" by the Western Australia Teachers Registration Board in August. Mr Gallo was suspended by the Queensland College of Teachers on Monday, and he was later dismissed as the head of performing arts at John Paul College in Logan.
