Personal life
Negi began a relationship with her Pavitra Rishta costar Rithvik Dhanjani in 2013. After seven years of dating, they finally broke up in 2020.
Career
Negi began her modeling career in 2009 after she won the title of Miss Uttarakhand 2009 during her undergraduate days. She appeared in numerous advertisements for companies and shot many photo shoots. Later, she auditioned for her first television show in 2010, with StarPlus' Sapnon Se Bhare Naina playing Madhura. Negi appeared on the Balaji Telefilms series Bade Achhe Lagte Hain in 2011, where she appeared in the negative role of Apeksha Malhotra. She has praised the show as a memorable experience and has cited lead actress Sakshi Tanwar as her inspiration.
Purvi Desmukh, the adopted daughter of Archana Deskmukh, appeared in Zee TV's Pavitra Rishta in 2011.
