Career
Grace Davidson was portrayed by Misner on ABC's One Life to Live from March 12, 1999, to November 17, 1999. Misner appeared in the film Chicago as Liz in 2002, performing the "Cell Block Tango" number.
Misner has appeared on several television shows, including three of the Law & Order trilogy (2001/2005), as well as both CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2002) and CSI: Miami (2004). In the 2007 miniseries The Bronx Is Burning, she appeared as Theresa on Rescue Me (2006–07), and later as Gretchen Martin. During the 2004-2005 television season, she appeared in two episodes of CBS procedural Without a Trace. In several episodes of Person of Interest (First Season), Misner played opposite Jim Caviezel as his ex-girlfriend Jessica in flashbacks. Philomena was a guest on The Blacklist in 2017.
