Career
Doherty appeared on television shows, including Voyagers, in 1982. Michael Landon's invention and production of Father Murphy. Jenny Wilder, an 11-year-old Doherty, appeared on Little House on the Prairie, which Landon starred in and produced in the same year. Doherty appeared in only four episodes on the show's final season, which was cancelled in 1983.
