Robin Ward Life

Robin Ward (born April 10, 1944) is a Canadian actor and television presenter.

He is best known for staging a 1980 revival of To Tell the Truth and later hosting a Canadian game show called Guess What.

In addition to being an actor on the Canadian-produced 1973-74 science fiction film The Guiding Light and serving as the narrator of the late-1980s revival of The Twilight Zone, replacing Charles Aidman, he was also an actor on the soap opera The Guiding Light.

He appeared in numerous Canadian films, including Explosion (1969), Frankenstein on Campus (1970), The Girl in Blue (1973) and Thrillkill (1984). During the mid 1960s, Ward got his first experience in entertainment as a member of the Toronto-based folk-pop group "The Allen-Ward Trio."

During the 1980s and 1990s, the Trio was often associated with Toronto's wealthy Yorkville/Rochdale hippie community, and as mentors of Joni Mitchell and Neil Young during their early careers, as a weatherman and as an entertainment reporter.

He served as an on-location reporter for Good Morning Toronto, a morning show on The Weather Network's Toronto-area news.

He has appeared on television and in some motion pictures as a guest and supporter. He narrated the well-reced documentary series "Greatest Tank Battles" in 2010.
