Riccardo Marcuzzo Career

Early life and career

Marcuzzo was born in Segre, but he has lived in Pessano con Bornago, Italy's province. He began learning singing in various classes early in life, but later decided that it wasn't the right idea for him; for this reason, he began taking singing lessons at seventeen. He appeared in the sixteen seasons of the Italian talent show Amici di Maria De Filippi in 2016, finishing as runner-up behind dancer Andreas Muller in 2016. He signed with Sony Music Italy during his time as a member of the Amici di Maria De Filippi.

Perpeto le parole, his debut EP of the same name, reached the top of the Italian FIMI Singles Chart on May 5, 2017. The EP was later announced on May 19, 2017 and debuted atop the Italian Albums Chart. It had been certified Gold after two weeks on the chart.

In September 2017, he gave an interview on TV Sorrisi e Canzoni about his latest album and his first tour. "Se parlassero di noi," the lead single from his forthcoming album "Mania," was announced on September 29, 2017.

The album "Lo sappiamo entrambi" ("We both know") debuted at the San Diego Music Festival in 2020, finishing last.
