Bennett married a Japanese musician named Kenji Ishihara in August 2000.
Professional wrestling career
Bennett began competing on the Californian independent circuit in 1986, mainly for the Independent Wrestling Federation, where she won the Women's Championship three times. She was eventually admitted to the Ladies Professional Wrestling Association shortly after. Bennett appeared in the LPWA Japan Title tournament on February 23, 1992, a pay-per-view showdown, where she disqualified in the semi-final round.
Bennett first competed with All Japan Women's Pro-Wrestling in 1994 and spent time there for many years. On November 20, 1994, Bennett met Chichisa Nagayo at the Big Egg Wrestling Universe show in Tokyo. On May 15, 1995, she defeated Manami Toyota in the IWA World Women's Championship. In 1995, she defeated Takako Inoue for the IWA Championship. Bennett went on to win the All Pacific Championship by defeating Mariko Yoshida and then Kaoru Ito in a tournament on June 22, 1996, although she will eventually lose her title to Takako Inoue.
Bennett was one of Terry Funk's featured speakers at a banquet on April 12, 1997. She made her ECW Barely Legal debut as a member of Raven's Nest, and she competed with Funk and Raven in the World Heavyweight Championship match.
Bennett, 17, 1997, Bennett joined Arsion, creating a nefarious group of American wrestlers with newcomer Jessica Soto, who was billed as Reggie's younger sister Jessica Bennett.
Bennett lost her retirement match against Manami Toyota on March 4, 2001.
