Miriam Yeung (born 3 February 1974) is a Hong Kong actress and singer.
She worked as a registered nurse at the Princess Margaret Hospital in Hong Kong before entering the entertainment industry.
She attended the Holy Family Canossian College Kowloon.
Since finishing third in the annual New Talent Singing Awards competition in 1995, she began her career as a performer and actress.
Yeung received the Best Actress Award at the 32nd Hong Kong Film Awards for Love in the Buff in 2012.

Personal life
Yeung began dating former VRF member Real Ting Chi-ko in 2007. The couple married in Las Vegas on August 11, 2009. After returning to Hong Kong, the couple held two wedding banquets in the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Wan Chai on December 20, 2010 and in Aberdeen's L'hotel Island South on December 24, drawing over 500 people. On June 5, 2012, Torres Ting, a girl who means "Reality & Miriam's Baby," was born.
Following an asthma attack, Yeung was admitted to a hospital for emergency surgery in early 2013.
Career
After placing third in the annual New Talent Singing Awards competition in 1995, she began her career as a singer and actress, co-organised with Capital Artists.
Yeung has released more than 40 albums in Cantonese and Mandarin. Many of her songs have become mainstream hits and award winners, such as "Maiden's Prayer" (), "Sisters" (), "Unfortunately I'm an Aquarius" () and "Small City, Big Things."
At the opening of It's A Small World at the Hong Kong Disneyland theme park in 2008, she performed a Cantonese interpretation of It's A Small World.
Yeung has appeared in over 30 films with a total box office of around US$50 million worldwide and appeared in three Korean and Thai films as an actor. In 2002, she received the Most Popular Artiste Award at Italy's Udine Far East Film Festival.
