Zhou Mi (born (1986-04-19)April 19, 1986) is a Chinese singer, actor, songwriter, presenter, MC, and radio DJ based in South Korea and China.

He is a member of the Boy band Super Junior's sub-unit Super Junior-M and SM Entertainment's project group SM the Ballad.

In 2014, he made his solo debut with his first mini album Rewind.

Aside from group activities, he also participates in various television variety shows, radio shows, and dramas.

Zhou Mi participated in and won his first large-scale singing competition, MTV's Second Annual National Newcomer Singing Competition, in 2002, aged 16. After winning the national championship, he was in the hunt for a record contract but he turned down to continue his studies. This happened several times before 2006, but not before 2006. He studied Broadcasting at Beijing Normal University Zhuhai Campus in Guangdong province. In 2003, he received the title of Lively Star in the Wenquxing Star Ambassador Selection Competition. Both the contestants received a guest spot on Hunan TV's Happy Camp variety show and a spokesperson for Wenquxing, an electronic dictionary manufacturer. In 2004, Zhou Mi received first place in the coastal region and the National Newcomer Award. And after going from Beijing to Zhuhai for college in southern Guangdong Province, he continued to participate in many singing competitions in 2005. He won four national championships and one regional championship in 2005, as well as a popularity competition at his university, Beijing Normal University in Zhuhai. He was also invited to perform at a Wang Leehom fanmeeting.

By participating in competitions, Zhou Mi made a name for himself in the Chinese entertainment scene. Zhou Mi joined CCTV's Challenging the Host, a televised national competition for young MCs from all over China in 2006. Guangzhou, Zhou Mi, and 79 others' contestants participated in an offscreen training camp, learning about broadcasting from professionals and CCTV mentors. During the 80 to 40 challenge (Guangzhou vs. Haarbin, aired May 25, 2006), and again during the 40 to 16 contest, which aired on July 30, 2006. Zhou Mi decided to suspend his studies in order to go to Korea, where he went in late 2006.

Although Zhou Mi won the grand prize at the SM UCC Star Audition in 2007, he didn't audition live. Kim Ki Hoon, his Korean friend, had signed him up for audition under "Recommend a Friend" category, where he posted a video of Zhou Mi performing. (That I was once by your side) He performed a Toy () song, and then he started his apprenticeship with SM Entertainment, where he began his training career.

Zhang Liyin's display was on MC, and a few months later, he debuted in China as a member of Super Junior-M.

In 2008, Zhou Mi became the top vocalist of Super Junior-M. They debuted in China at the 8th Annual Music Chart Awards, along with the unveiling of their first music video, "U" in April 2008. Me was the first studio album to be released on April 23, 2008. Their album debuted in Korea's MIAK Monthly Charts as #10 and ranked as the #1 on China's Top Artist Chart. He wrote three songs called "Love Song," "A Man in Love," and "Marry U" on this album.

Super Girl, Super Junior-M's first mini-album, was released on September 23, 2009. He wrote two songs called "Confession" and "You and Me" on this album. The mini-album received numerous accolades and even earned the organization a nomination for "Best Vocal Group" at the 21st Golden Melody Awards, the Chinese equivalent of the Grammy Awards.

In 2010 -- along with group participation, Zhou Mi hosts Korean Impression, a Chinese exhibition. This is a mainland travel show that focuses on Korea's most recent news and cultural history. Each episode is designed to highlight topics such as: the latest fashion trends in Korea, Kpop idols, delectable Korean dishes, and Korea's unique culture and special attractions. Zhou Mi wrote three songs for Kangta Chinese EP Breaka Shaka in 2010, including "Breaka Shaka," "Remember," and "Many Times."

Zhou Mi played a supporting role in the Chinese drama Melody of Youth, his first in the Chinese drama Melody of Youth, which was his debut in the sector in February 2011. He appeared in the OST's "Youth Melody" as the final theme song, while another cast performed "Dandelion." On February 23, 2011, the Super Junior-M Second EP Perfection was announced. He wrote "Reality Love" on his album. In Taiwan, the album was one of the best-selling albums of 2011. Henry Lau's record "Santa U Are The One," taken from SMTown's eighth winter album, 2011 Winter SMTown – The Warmest Gift, was released in December 2011. When Love Walked In, Zhou Mi was the central figure in the group's idol drama When Love Walked In, alongside label-mate Victoria Song and Calvin Chen of the group Fahrenheit. On August 27, Anhui, Hubei, Shaanxi, and Sichuan Satellite TV premiered, and it quickly took the top spot in viewership ratings.

On January 7, 2013, Super Junior-M's second studio album, Break Down, was released as well as a lead single of the same name. "Go," "It's You," and "Tunnel" are three songs that were written by himself. Henry Lau and his staff Noize Bank composed the songs. On January 31, the Korean version of "Break Down" was released. On the same day, they made their official debut in Korea on Mnet's M! The countdown is on. Michael Wong, a Malaysian singer and composer, contributed to this album by writing a song for Zhou Mi titled "Distant Embrace," while Hong Kong singer and actress Crystal Cheung wrote the lyrics. The lyrics of "Distant Embrace" are about a nebulous experience of a love. Zhou Mi published Thai Perfect, a travel guide based on his travel experiences in Thailand, on April 7, 2013. Two new copies of the book were published, one being a traditional Chinese and the other is a simplified Chinese, which were released on December 5, 2013. In the movie Rhythm of Rain, Zhou Mi was cast on April, 2013. He played as a big boy with a bright personality and is very sincere. Vincent Fang, a lyricist, produced this film. This film was released on October 4, 2013. In 2013, Zhou Mi was selected to be a radio DJ on MBC's C-Radio Idol True Colour with Miss A's Jia and Fei. The network's latest media platform features original content that appeals to a large number of Mandarin or Korean wave supporters in China. Each week, the network produces one episode per week, and without going through a Chinese broadcasting station, such as Youku and Tudou, can be sent to Chinese viewers.

Zhou Mi became a new member of the Ballad group SM The Ballad in February 2014. Zhou Mi appeared on the Chinese version of "Blind" on the group's 2nd album, Breath. At the S.M., Zhou Mi performed his song. On February 12, the Ballad Joint Recital was held. He also appeared in this song on Arirang's music program Simply K-Pop, MBC M's music program Show Champion, and SBS MTV's music program The Show. Swing, Super Junior-M's third mini album, was released in March 2014, in China and Taiwan by S.M. Entertainment. Zhou Mi's lead single, "Swing" and "Fly High," is also featured in this collection. On March 31, 2014, the group debuted the album in Korean music websites, including MelOn, genie, Naver music, and others, and it was also available on Korean music websites. Zhou Mi was selected to co-host the Korean-Chinese Variety Exhibition titled Strongest Group with his labelmate Victoria Song in 2014. Zhou Mi wrote the Chinese version of Exo's second extended play Overdose's "Run" on the track "Run." Zhou Mi became an MC for season 4 of the SBS MTV's music show The Show with Park Ji-yeon (T-ara) and Hongbin (VIXX). On October 31, 2014, Rewind's first solo EP Rewind was released. Chanyeol's Chinese version of the Rewind featured Tao and the Korean version. This album was written by himself.

Zhou Mi appeared on the Talk MC on the new season of Fashion King - Secret Box, a survival show starring top Korean and Chinese celebrities. Zhou Mi was in the drama "Best Couple" with Lee Da-hae in 2015. This drama is set in the modern day Korean entertainment market. It's China's first television production project. More than 100 million viewers watched this drama in China in early 2016. Zhou Mi also appeared in a Super Junior special album, in honor of the company's tenth anniversary. He wrote a lyric for "Forever with You" that was performed by Super Junior-M.

Zhou Mi will continue to host the 5th season of SBS MTV The Show with new co-MC, GFriend's Yerin, in early 2016. On August 2nd of this year, he stepped down from his MC job after hosting The Show for almost two years.

Zhou Mi's second EP What's Your Number?

On July 19, 2016, he was announced. He wrote the Chinese lyrics for "What's Your Number" and "Empty Room," a lead single.

"I Don't Care" was Zhou Mi's first digital single released on April 19, 2018. He held a fan meeting in Beijing, China, on the next day to commemorate his birthday with his followers. On December 26, 2018, Zhou Mi published a single "The Lonely Flame" which was written and composed by himself. Shindong produced the music video.

On May 6, 2019, Zhou Mi held a fan meeting in Tokyo, Japan, and the Japanese version of "The Lonely Flame" was released on the same day. On November 23, 2019, Zhou Mi performed "Sing a Folk Song for the Party" during the Chinese people's 70th anniversary of residence.

In 2020, Zhou Mi collaborated with two WayV Kun and Xiaojun musicians on the single "I'll Be There" which was released on February 28, 2020. "I'll Be There" was a tribute to the frontliners and those who are influenced by COVID, especially to Wuhan, China. Zhou Mizhou Mikollaborated with fellow Super Junior-M member Ryeowook on their latest album "Starry Night" on June 22, 2020. The track's Chinese version was designed and composed by himself.

Zhou Mi, a 2022 native of China, has signed a long-term deal with Bymon Entertainment and will collaborate with SM Entertainment for his China-based operations.
