Career

In the mid-1990s, rsenik formed a band. Tony Truand, a cousin, was also included in the group until 1997. Quelques gouttes suffisent, the 1998 edition by the duo and rsenik's first album, went double gold. The company released a disc titled S'il en reste quelque chose in 2007 that featured the most famous songs from the two brothers, including "L'enfer remonte à la surface," "Rime & chatiments" and "Sexe, pouvoir & biftons."

Lino and his brother Calbo formed Lino and his brother Calbo with a group of rappers from second generation Africans on a joint venture called Bisso Na Bisso, which means "just between ourselves" in Lingala, the country's most common spoken language. Ben-J (from Les Neg'Marrons) Passi (from Ministère A.M.E.R.) was a member of this group. (Both, M.G. Kill (from 2Bal), Mystik, his female cousin M'Passi, and his twin brother Doc and G Kill (from 2Bal). The group returned to Africa as a collective revival of styles, with a unique blend of styles that blended hip-hop and zouk sounds with traditional Congolese rumba.

Lino collaborated on a music project launched by Kery James in the single "Relève la tête" credited to "Kery James presents Lino, AP, Passi, Matt & Kool Shen," which was released in 2004. He played on three tracks on rapper Stomy Bugsy's album Rimes Passionnelles in 2007, and in 2009, he participated in Bisso Na Bisso's project Africa.

Lino has released two solo albums of his own, Paradis assassiné, which was the name of a solo song on the group's second album in September 2005. In May 2012, Lino launched Radio Bitume. Both have charted in France.

He signed with AZ, now a member of Universal Music, in 2012.
