Early life and career
He was born to a Congolese father, musician and Congo-Kinshasa political figure Tabu Ley Rochereau, as well as a Senegalese mother. At the age of 10, he went to France to live with relatives in Beziers, then Osny, Cergy, and Sartrouville. He completed his French Baccaleurate at Académie de Versailles with high marks and then began with Cultural Mediation and Communication at Roanne and La Guillotière. He devoted himself to music after earning his master's degree.
Frères Lumière's debut album was a collaboration with two other people. A maxi single was released. He has also worked on several musical projects, including the band Tendance's album Tendance (with Sinistre Kozi Philo and Mic genie).
