Kim Sa-rang (born January 12, 1978) is a South Korean actress.
She is best known for her appearances in the television series Secret Garden with Hyun Bin, A Love to Kill with Rain, and This is My Love with Joo Jin-mo.
She is also known for being named Miss Korea in 2000 and representing South Korea in Miss Universe 2001, the 50th Miss Universe pageant in Puerto Rico.

Early life and education
Kim Sa-rang was born in South Korea on January 12, 1978. She graduated from Gwangyoung Girls' High School. At Yong In University, Kim obtained both a bachelor's and master's degree in traditional Korean music. She has one younger brother.
Career
Kim Sa-rang made her acting debut in the television drama series Anger of Angel in 2000, which received rave reviews. How Should I Be, a 2001 television drama series. She earned her first big role in Mina, a television drama series that was again met with swarms of praise and she was regarded as a rising star. In 2003, she appeared in Thousand Years of Love. A Love to Kill, The King and I, Tokyo Sun Shower, and the Secret Garden are among her television appearances. She was last seen in the television drama series This Is My Love. Kim made her first film appearance with Man is Born in 2002. Kim also appeared in Love: Impossible, Who Slept With Her? Radio Dayz and the Music Man! She has appeared in numerous K-pop music videos, including "Because You're My Woman" and "Demon" in addition.
Kim was crowned Miss Korea on May 28, 2000 at the Sejong Cultural Center, the 1980 Miss Universe Pageant's site. Miss Universe Pageant 2001, she represented Korea. She received the award for Best National Costume, which was a Korean hanbok dress, at the pageant.
