Joselyn Dumas (born 31 August 1980) is a Ghanaian television host and actor.
She appeared in a A Northern Affair in 2014, gaining her a Ghana Movie Award and a Best Actress nomination from the Africa Movie Academy.
Early life
Dumas was born in Ghana and spent her early childhood in Accra, Ghana. She began her basic education at Morning Star School and then moved to the Archbishop Porter Girls High School, where she became the Entertainment Prefect. Joselyn continued her education in the United States, where she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Law.
Career
Joselyn Dumas, a licensed paralegal, didn't move to Ghana to fulfill her dreams of being a television star before she moved to Ghana. She made her television debut as the host of Charter House's Rhythmz, an entertainment show that featured many celebrities. She was head hunted by ViaSat 1's defunct TV Network to host their first own produced flagship Talk show, The One Show, which aired from 2010 to 2014. She was the host of At Home with Joselyn Dumas, which aired across Africa and Europe.
