Buck Nasty produced "Hit the Quan," iLoveMemphis' debut single "Hit the Quan" on July 4, 2015. The Quan is a dance performed by Rich Homie Quan in his video for the song "Flex (Ooh, Ooh, Ooh)" which was released in April 2015. Rich Homie Quan's dance in the video became a hit, with numerous Vines featuring the dance being released. Most people referred to the dance routine as simply the "Rich Homie Quan" dance at the time. iLoveMemphis released "Hit The Quan" in July 2015, three months after the album's debut, which became very popular. He said he invested $35 on producing the album. "Hit the Quan"'s video debuted worldwide on November 12, 2015. "Lean and Dabb," iLoveMemphis' second single, was released on iTunes on December 18, 2015.

iLoveMemphis is currently working with Dkotic, a rising artist whose real name is Arthur Moore. He was discovered by iLoveMemphis in the summer of 2017 and debuted "Lil Dance" with iLoveMemphis that kicked off the summer of 2017 on Instagram and Musical.ly. The album's following eventually grew over 1 million streams.

iLoveMemphis made two major television appearances in November 2015. The first was on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and the second was on the talk show The Real. iLoveMemphis was featured on rapper Teflon Don's single "Stop & Go" in 2017.
