Dave Lepard (born David Roberto Hellman, 28 May 1980 – January 2006) was the lead singer and guitarist in the Swedish Glam metal band Crashdet.
Career
He formed Crashd'et in 2000, but the band disbanded in 2002, and he continued with a new lineup. The band's music was based on 1980s sleaze bands, such as Mötley Crüe and Twisted Sister, and gained a following, particularly in Sweden.
"Respect in Everybody," "Breakin' the Chainz," "Breakin' the Chainz," and "It's A Miracle" were four singles from Crashd's debut album Rest in Sleaze, which were hits in Sweden; "Crashd" and "It's a Miracle."
