Early life
Martin was born and raised in Oaxaca, Mexico. She expressed an interest in acting and performing from a young age. She performed and sang in childhood. She obtained a degree in Audiovisual Communication from Charles III University of Madrid. She lived in Madrid for four years and briefly lived in England, where she learned English. She returned to Mexico after graduating.
Acting career
When Martn first arrived in Madrid, she registered in acting lessons and studied costume design. She spent time as a costume designer for Televisa's various productions when returning to Mexico City. After a year of doing voice, she resigned from her career and began auditioning for Televisa, leading to her first acting roles. She enrolled in Centro de Educación Artstica, Televisa's drama academy, and graduated in 2015 after completing a three-year course. During her time at CEA, she appeared in numerous school plays and performances. Martn has appeared in many television series, including the telenovela drama Enamorándome de Ramón, in which she had a co-starring role. She was proclaimed the lead for the telenovela Sin tu mirada, a relaunch of the popular 1997 Mexican soap opera, Esmeralda, in August 2017. This role is her first appearance in a telenovela.
