Brogan's book, Trust Agents: Using the Web to Gain Control, Increase Reputation, and Earn Trust, written with Julien Smith, became a New York Times bestseller and made it to the Wall Street Journal bestseller list (#8) and the Amazon Top 100 list (#30). Social Media 101: Tactics and Tips to Grow Your Company Online, Brogan's second book was entitled Social Media 101: Tactics and Tips to Promote Your Online Business.
