Bobby Edward Duncum Sr. (born August 14, 1944) is an American retired professional wrestler who competed for the World Wide Wrestling Federation, the National Wrestling Alliance, and the American Wrestling Association, among other groups.
He is the father of late wrestler Bobby Duncum Jr.

American football career
Duncum served with the West Texas A&M Buffaloes football team from 1964 to 1966. In the thirteenth round (331st overall) of the 1967 NFL/AFL Draft, he was chosen by the St. Louis Cardinals. In 1968, he appeared in only four games with the Cardinals.
Professional wrestling career
His wrestling persona was that of a heel cowboy, and he took on some of the best babyface stars of the day, such as Bob Backlund and Bruno Sammartino. He was a member of the popular wrestling team, coached by Bobby Heenan, as well as Nick Bockwinkel, Ray Stevens, and Blackjack Lanza. "You unnastan?" he's famous catch phrase during interviews (and written phonetically). ("You're sure?" says the narrator. His last match was on November 16, 1986, in Clarksburg, West Virginia, where he tag teamed with Lord Zoltan to defeat Troy Orndorff and Kurt Kaufman.
