Early life

Beth Marie Sherburn was born in Wordsley. She attended Straits Primary School from 1995 to 2002. After being asked by her headmaster to perform a rendition of Celine Dion's "Falling to You" at a nearby secondary school, she realized she wanted to pursue a career in music. "I was such a quiet child back then, the music brought me right out of my shell," she recalls.

Sherburn attended secondary school at Ellowes Hall School from 2002 to 2009. She spent her time in Disneyland Paris as a singer and dancer. She appeared in school choirs and musical performances, including leading roles in Les Misérables, Fiddler on the Roof, The Sound of Music, and Oliver.

Sherburn took lessons in singing and piano, and she and the ABRSM scored 7 and 5 respectively. She was eleven years old when she entered her first singing competition, touring the United Kingdom with the Gospel Youth Choir and Let's Sing Choir, and appearing at UK concert halls, including the Royal Albert Hall, Birmingham Symphony Hall, Barclaycard Arena, Sheffield Arena, and Manchester Arena, supporting Katherine Jenkins and Heather Small.

In 2008, Sherburn appeared as "the little cabin boy" alongside Matthew Kelly and George Costigan in a musical production of Don Quixote directed by Chris Bond. She appeared at Birmingham Symphony Hall on Saturday, as she gave a version of Barbra Sting's "How Can You Keep the Music Playing?" "It's not just a person who plays golf.

Sherburn was crowned National Songwriters' Competition winner. Sherburn's songwriting reminded him of when he used to write songs with his brothers, according to Robin Gibb of the Bee Gees. As part of the competition, Sherburn performed her song "Starbucks Town."

Sherburn performed with British guitarist and singer K. K. Downing of Judas Priest between 2010 and 2012.

John McLaughlin, a UK record producer, approached Sherburn after overhearing her sing Michael Bublé's "Christmas" at the perfume counter in Debenhams in December 2012. She was given a £250,000 contract and was invited to perform at his Bath studios. Sherburn went to Los Angeles, Norway, and Poland in the following year to refine her songwriting skills. She started recording demos in Norway and began writing and working with the Walt Disney Company in Norway.

Sherburn produced a dance cover of Duran Duran's "Average World," which she coproduced with producer John McLaughlin in 2012. It debuted at No. 12 in the United States chart. In the UK Club Charts, there are 8 people in the top 8. Jud Mahoney's "Overload" was released shortly after, with The Alias mixing a radio edit.

Sherburn performed with her band at an event before Prince Andrew in 2013, presenting a mix of her own original material and cover songs.

Lil Wayne's debut single, "Joker," was released in 2014. Carly Cussen produced the accompanying music video. The song was performed on Capital FM and several BBC radio stations, and it was also featured in UK newspapers including OK!, NOW, and Music Week.

She appeared at a Shopcade pop-up event at London Fashion Week and Pride London, where she headlined the main stage, alongside Pixie Lott, Conor Maynard, Anastacia, Foxes, and Katy B.

Sherburn and producer Leon Lour performed in Poland later this year. "Use That Body," "Stamp on It," and "Joker" were among her songs. On Saturdays Live, Sherburn supported The Saturdays. In 2014, a tour will be completed.

Sherburn appeared at many other venues in 2014, including the British motorcycle Grand Prix, the Inspiration Awards for Women, and the Breakthrough Cup.

Sherburn began participating in a number of charitable activities in 2015, beginning with an abseil down Fort Dunlop in Birmingham in March to raise funds for Red Nose Day. She battled her fear of heights and safely finished the abseil, which was filmed live by the BBC. Sherburn competed for the Santander Cycles bicycle race at Smithfield Market in June of the same year, including Belinda Fenty (The Island), Stevi Ritchie (The Great British Bake Off) and Richard Burr (The Great British Bake Off). To date, Sherburn has raised over £30,000 for charity.

Sherburn co-written "Snow Angels" on December 15, 2015. All funds earned from the single were donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Sherburn performed the single at the Dot Com Children's Foundation Fundraising Ball in Mansion House, accompanied by a dance by Strictly Come Dancing performers Kristina Rihanoff and Robin Windsor.

She appeared in year 7s at the prestigious London Academy in late 2015 and gave them all posters with her own unique stamp.

Sherburn's first headline performance at the Hare and Hounds in Birmingham in 2016. "YOLO," she and producer Ciaron Bell's second single, was released. "I was really excited with this album," Sherburn says.

When you're not listening to YOLO, it feels like you're on a rollercoaster, but it's what life is about. YOLO means "tomorrow" and includes anyone. "YOLO is about creating unforgettable memories with your friends, finding love, and having fun." The Wideboys remixed the song.

Sherburn's band performed with her Conservative Party MPs for a summer marquee in July. She appeared on several British songs as well as performing some of her own songs. She performed songs from her as-yet-unreleased album at The Jazz House later this year. Sherburn performed at the Genting Arena in Birmingham at the unveiling of Free Radio in November as part of a line-up featuring Little Mix, Olly Murs, and Louisa Johnson. Sherburn sponsored Go West's concert at the Robin 2 in December last year, performing songs from her forthcoming album as well as profiles of musicians like David Bowie and Sia.
