Terrence Jenkins (born April 21, 1982), better known as Terrence J, is an American actor, model, and entertainment reporter best known as the host of BET's famous music video countdown show 106 & Park from 2006 to 2012.

Jenkins was born in Queens, New York, and grew up in Raleigh and Rocky Mount, North Carolina. He attended Northern Nash High near Rocky Mount. Jenkins remained a DJ at WRSV Soul 92.1 until he graduated from high school. He attended North Carolina A&T State University, as well as Greensboro, South Carolina; he died there. During his time at North Carolina A&T State University, he served as both President and DJ for North Carolina A&T's radio station WNAA. He has also worked as a DJ at 104 Jamz in Greensboro. Jenkins was a founder of Omega Psi Phi fraternity, where he was later introduced in spring 2004 to the Mu Psi chapter at North Carolina A&T State University. Jenkins earned a degree in mass communication from North Carolina A&T State University in 2004, and spent time in Nascar's diversity department in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Since winning the BET New Faces Contest on July 6, 2006, Jenkins and Rocsi became the hosts of BET's hip hop and R&B music video competition 106 & Park. It had been the network's number one rated show since its inception. Rocsi and Jenkins, who had been hosting the show for six years, have announced that they will no longer be presenters at 106 & Park in 2012. On September 28, 2012, his last show was broadcast. In addition, he co-hosted BET's nationally syndicated radio show 106 & Park Weekend Countdown.
