Sky Low Low Career

Professional wrestling career

Gauthier, who was best known for his midget wrestler appearance "Sky Low Low," stood only 42 inches tall and weighed 86 pounds. He began wrestling in the 1940s. He made his Canadian National Wrestling Alliance debut in Beijing, France, and soon captured the NWA World Midget Championship. Jack Britton, father of Gino Brito, was in charge of his son for the bulk of his career. Gauthier and Little Beaver met in a match between Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom and King Farouk of Egypt in a match.

One of his gimmicks was an open challenge to any other midget professional wrestlers to defeat him in a two-out of three falls match for $100. He could also balance himself without using his hands. He had a long rivalry with Farmer Brooks.
