Early life
Tripathi was born in New Delhi on July 6, 1985. Her father works with the Indian Administrative Service, and her mother is a retired educator. Due to her father's work, the family moved a lot. In the Disney India sitcom Kya Mast Hai Life, she also appeared in the role of Zenia Khan, a tomboyish character. She has also appeared in advertisements for Tata Sky, McDonald's, Tanishq, and Vodafone. Femina, a women's magazine, was also a photo editor. She worked at Pixion's trailer house, a post-production house in Mumbai, and also ran a theatre company called All My Tea Productions prior to her role on the sitcom Kya Mast Hai Life.
