Shawnna Life

Rashawnna Guy (born January 3, 1978), better known by her stage name Shawnna, is an American rapper.

Through Ludacris' Disturbing tha Peace Records, she became the first female artist signed to Def Jam South.

She is a former member of the Chicago rap group Infamous Syndicate, and she is also the niece of blues singer Buddy Guy. VB's popularity, as well as her sexually explicit image and lyrics, has made her well-known.

She is one of only eight female rappers (others being Queen Pen, Lauryn Hill, Remy Ma, Iggy Azalea, Cardi B, and Lizzo), and Lizzo is one of only eight female rappers to have a number-one song on the US Billboard Hot 100, with 2003's "Stand Up" featuring Ludacris.
