Since being accused of breaking a fellow officer's neck, Boise's police chief will not be charged

www.dailymail.co.uk, September 7, 2022
Since displaying an unorthodox neck hold on Sgt. Kirk Rush at a staff meeting last October. Rush said in a tort lawsuit that Lee grabbed the back of his neck without warning, and then slapped him in the forehead, whipping his head back and breaking his neck vertebrae, resulting in surgical repair. However, Clearwater Prosecutor Clayne Tyler said in a tweet this week that he had ruled against criminal charges in the lawsuit, saying: "I believe this probe has been carried as far as possible."

Am I being creatively productive or creatively destructive? … You don’t know what you don’t know. So question - Is what you do know currently, working for you? Are you just stuck in auto pilot or survival mode? Either way we are creating our personality and confirming our own personal reality. Failing forward and failing well looks like a smile at any situation that’s now in the past, and using the information gained from that experience to progress toward realizing your ideal vision. Continuing to know it is possible, and feel it is happening now! A scarcity mindset looks like taking a step toward your dream and then abandoning the new ship you tried to create by retreating back to the old “comfort zone” you’ve always known while fearfully saying “see. this always happens…” just because an unexpected storm hit… This mindset only confirms the outdated conditioning that someone else programmed in you. Giving up on what you know you truly want is abandoning the deepest depths of who you truly are. A well worth the effort easier flip side to this is being gratitude for everything that is happening for you! What if you decided that you live in a friendly universe where everything was happening for your best and for the betterment of all? Then you could trust yourself to step, run, jump! into the unknown temporarily unCOMFORTable and be lovingly caught as you find where all new possibilities awaited you! Leaping toward the new, that’s present in each moment is the how we grow and achieve what we want. Control your mind or it will control you. We have the ability make growth fun and into a game of childlike discovery when you assume the best and see all that is - as a compassionate opportunity propelling you closer toward uncovering who you truly already are while you learn to practice embodying that truth. With unwavering trusted belief in relationship with your hearts guidance, even when feeling the fear, still doing it anyway… You stay in integrity with who you truly are. As you continue following your knowing seeing harmony in all helping move you towards where you desire going, every step of the way seamlessly can say… “See! This always happens!!!”

Work smarter not harder! The authentic nature of who you really are / what you truly want is the most fun and fulfilling role we can ever play. If we avoid ourself and second guess what our ❤️’s yearning for, then we’re tolerating a life that doesn’t genuinely satisfy us. Likely this is a misinterpretation of pessimism being “safe” or “realistic.” We subconsciously self sabotage by wearing a mask that “protects” us and the identity we have adopted from childhood, accepted as true, and practice daily to uphold our paradigm of what we think and feel we’re able to do & be. What happens when that mask that once was helpful in keeping us safe, has become heavy and is covering our true identity? Especially in relation to our biggest life goals and worthiness of achieving them…? From practicing survival mode we’ve become habituated toward moving too fast and passionately to slow down and see the truth of who we really are, and the potential for the actualization with what we desire, deserve, and know we’re meant for… Stepping into the unknown requires patience and compassion while you practice rewiring the mind and body for true safety with your belief in magic that is the ability to be creative and intentional with your life’s painting 🖼 - beyond what you’ve done and known in the past. Why keep reliving and rereading the same chapter? Why avoid looking at your ability to turn the page and the responsibility for imaginatively writing your story? 📄✍️ If you are willing to learn how to become comfortable in the discomfort of the unknown (where all new in your life is possible) let me know :) the embodiment of your dreams waits for you on the other side of resistance and fear. 🎢 🪩🐢👣
