Early life
Braeden Matthew Lemasters was born in Warren, Ohio, to Dave and Michelle Lemasters. He has an older brother, Austin. When he was young his family moved to Santa Clarita, California, so that he could pursue a career in acting. He grew up listening to The Beatles and learned how to play guitar.
Career
Lemasters began his acting career at the age of 9, appearing as Frankie in an episode of Six Feet Under (2005). In the medical drama television series House, he starred as a child with Autism syndrome in 2006. He appeared in Criminal Minds, ER, and The Closer subpoena. In 2007, Jacob Marshall-LaHaye appeared in Love's Unending Legacy, where he received his first Young Artist Award nomination. He appeared in Sacrifices of the Heart, Life, Grey's Anatomy, and Wainy Days later that year.
Lemasters first appeared in the TNT series Men of a Certain Age as Albert Tranelli, beginning in 2009. He has received multiple awards and nominations for his work, including a Peabody Award and a nomination for Best Performance in a TV Series. He appeared on the show for two seasons before it ended in 2011. In the 2009 remake of The Stepfather, he appeared as a supporter.
In 2010, he appeared in the teen romantic comedy film Easy A as the young version of Penn Badgley's character Todd. Ralphie Parker appeared in the sequel film A Christmas Story the following year.

Lemasters is also a singer and lead guitarist for the band Wallows, as well as guitarist and lead guitarist (drums), and Dylan Minnette (singer, guitar). In 2010, the band won the Battle Of The Bands Contest (2010), which was supported by radio station KYSR, and appeared on the 2011 Vans Warped Tour. They've since appeared at many well-known Los Angeles venues, including the Roxy Theater and Whisky a Go Go.
Beginning with "Pleaser," the band began releasing songs independently in April 2017, beginning with "Pleaser," which reached second place on the Spotify Global Viral 50 chart.
Wallows signed a new deal with Atlantic Records in 2018 and unveiled their debut EP, Spring, which also includes singles "Pictures of Girls" and "These Days." On May 8, 2018, they appeared on "Pictures of Girls" on The Late Late Late Show with James Corden. Nothing Happens in 2019, the band's debut studio album, "Are You Bored Yet?" They also launched their second EP Remote in 2020. In March 2022, the band's sophomore album "Tell Me That It's Over" will be released.
