Career

Roc Marciano joined Busta Rhymes' Flipmode Squad as the sixth member after Lord Have Mercy's departure. Roc Marciano left in 2001 to form the United Nations, a hardcore underground hip hop group made up of three others (Dino Brave, Laku & Mic Raw), with whom he released an album on Carson Daly's 456 Entertainment in 2004. Roc Marciano appeared on Wu-Tang Meets the Indie Culture, 2005, and in Pete Rock's 2008 album, NY's Finest, receiving acclaim for such appearances. Since 2008, Roc Marciano has been working on his solo career, and has acclaim for his 2010 debut, Marcberg, which was entirely self-produced.

Roc Marciano worked with Gangrene in 2011 to produce the joint EP Greneberg. Reloaded, his second solo album, which Allmusic referred to as "Grim and exultant at once," says Allmusic, "this is low-profile hustling on wax at its best."

The Pimpire Strikes Back, Marciano's free mixtape, debuted in late 2013. The mixtape was used as a preview to his third studio album, Marci Beaucoup, which was entirely created by him and featured artists like Action Bronson, Evidence, Ka, Maffew Ragazino, Quelle Chris, and many more in each and every song.

Roc Marciano introduced Rosebudd's Revenge on February 21, 2017 via his website www.RocMarci.com. The album features Ka and Knowledge the Pirate, a frequent Roc Marciano collaborator, and Arch Druids, Mushroom Jesus, Modus Op, Knxwledge, and Roc Marciano himself.

Marciano's Revenge 2: The Bitter Dose, his fifth studio album Rosebudd's Revenge 2: The Bitter Dose, was released on February 27, 2018. www.RocMarci.com Knowledge the Pirate and Action Bronson appear on the album, as well as E.L.E.M.T., Don Cee, and Marciano himself.
