Rachelle Lynn Wilkos (née Consiglio; born January 11, 1971) is an American television presenter. Wilkos is a former senior producer on The Jerry Springer Show and is now the executive producer of The Steve Wilkos Show (hosted by her husband, former Springer security guard and talk show host Steve Wilkos) beginning in 2008.

Wilkos graduated from Lake Shore High School in St. Clair Shores, Michigan, near Detroit, 1989.
Wilkos earned a degree in journalism from Wayne State University. Kelly & Company, a local morning show, welcomed her as an intern in 1994. She then went from assistant producer to associate producer. She left the program to join Jerry Springer just after her promotion.
Ruby (born 2003) and Jack (born 2005) are two children for her and her husband, as well as two boys. They lived in Park Ridge, Illinois, until the Jerry Springer and Wilkos' production moved to Stamford, Connecticut.
