Career
In Michel Gondry's Be Kind Rewind, Aaron made his film debut as Q, starring Mos Def and Jack Black. Mr. Brooklyn with Al Thompson, directed by Jason Sokoloff, he co-starred in a NYU thesis short film Mr. Brooklyn with Al Thompson (Liberty Kid, A Walk to Remember).
Aaron has appeared in two episodes of Law & Order (Season 17, episode "Bling") as a bodyguard and episode "Fallout" as a bouncer and episode "Disabled" (Season 17).
Michael Oher's first lead role was in The Blind Side, alongside Sandra Bullock and Tim McGraw. The film was directed by John Lee Hancock from Michael Lewis' 2006 book The Blind Side: The Evolution of a Game, which includes Oher's real-life tale. During his first season with the Ole Miss Rebels, he served as a guard on both teams and later as an American football offensive tackle for the Baltimore Ravens. After his mother found out about the casting call online, Aaron auditioned for the role. He had been flown to Los Angeles for the final audition after being selected as a finalist.
